Light Tec’s team is made of 18 employees at 2 locations, one in Hyères (France) and one in Munich (Germany).

Miratlas’ Integrated Sky Monitor provides complete optical characterisation of atmospheric conditions, cloud cover, turbulence (night and day), and absorption.
The ISM is a carrier grade, maintenance free device, designed to be deployed in a couple of days, provide turn key operation and easily accessible data.
Our goal is to accelerate site survey on location and then to optimise robotic telescope automation and remote operation not only for astronomy but also for FSO communication, Space Situational Awareness and Laser Ranging.

Observatoire de la Cote d’Azur (OCA)

The Observatoire de la Côte d’Azur (OCA, or Côte d’Azur Observatory) is an internationally recognized center for research in Earth Sciences and Astronomy. [ Rich of a remarkable architectural and scientific heritage, it also hosts nowadays precision mechanics workshops, high performance computing centers and virtual observatories. ]
With some 450 staff located on four sites (Mont Gros and Valrose in Nice, Sophia Antipolis, and the Plateau de Calern observatory), OCA is one of 25 French astronomical observatories responsible for the continuous and systematic collection of observational data on the Earth and the Universe. Its role is to explore, understand and transfer knowledge about Earth sciences and astronomy, whether in astrophysics, geosciences, or related sciences such as mechanics, signal processing, or optics.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations have to be sent by email to contact@icso2020.com

The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Until 4 February 2021: 50% refund
  • From 5 February 2021: No refund. Fees will be definitely acquired by CNES.

In the event that CNES cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the fee paid. CNES shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.

If CNES postpones or changes the event dates your registration will automatically be valid for the new dates.

In case you are not able to come at the ICSO 2020 Conference in March 2021, please inform us (by email) before the 1st of October 2020 in order to receive a full refund.

No refund for cancellation received from 5 February 2021

All other kind of reparation or reimbursement are excluded.
