The Observatoire de la Côte d’Azur (OCA, or Côte d’Azur Observatory) is an internationally recognized center for research in Earth Sciences and Astronomy. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • Until 4 February 2021: 50% refund
  • From 5 February 2021: No refund. Fees will be definitely acquired by CNES.

In the event that CNES cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the fee paid. CNES shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.

If CNES postpones or changes the event dates your registration will automatically be valid for the new dates.

In case you are not able to come at the ICSO 2020 Conference in March 2021, please inform us (by email) before the 1st of October 2020 in order to receive a full refund.
